The Reber Lab has an enthusiastic focus on understanding the biochemical and biophysical principles of that underlie the self-organization and scaling of subcellular organelles. Recent work from the lab has been focused on understanding the mitotic spindle and how the physical and biochemical properties inform its structure and dynamics.
